We are an Engineering Projects in Community Service (EPICS) team at Purdue University who works with Imagination Station, the only hands-on family science center in the Greater Lafayette area. It's a place for children and their families to explore the worlds of science, space, engineering and technology.
Applying new and innovative technologies, our team designs interactive and fun exhibits for a local children’s museum. We also support a number of other projects including our wind tunnel, Mars rover, and sensors. Individuals of our team come from a diverse background of majors and allow us to not only stimulate children’s interest but to educate them in a number of different fields as well. Our projects grant great exposure to digital design opportunities as well as manufacturing.
